LAWCET-2008 ADMISSIONS NOTIFICATION |
The qualified candidates of LAWCET-2008 examination are
informed to attend the counseling for admission into LL.B/B.L.
Courses for the academic year 2008-2009 as per the schedule

Candidate shall produce all certificates in ORIGINAL
viz., (1) LAWCET-2008 Rank Card and Hall Ticket. (2) Degree
Certificate (3) Memorandum of Marks of Degree or its
equivalent/Intermediate or 10+2 in case of LL.B.(5-YDC). (4)
Memorandum of Marks of SSC or its equivalent. (5) Study
Certificate from 9th Class to Graduation/6th Class to
Intermediate (6) Residential Certificate for preceding 7 years
of the qualifying examination i.e., Graduation / Intermediate in
respect of candidates who had private study without any
institutionalized education (7) Integrated Community Certificate
issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC candidates
(8) Residence certificate of father or mother for a period of 10
years in A.P. excluding the period of their employment outside
A.P. from M.R.O/Tahsildar in case of Non-local candidates (9)
Transfer Certificate, and (10) Three sets of Xerox copies of all
certificates and (11) Four recent passport size photographs.

SC/ST/BC /PH/Minority Candidates are exempted from
paying tuition fee if their parental income from all sources is
up to Rs.1,00,000/-/- per annum. The income certificates issued
by M.R.O./ Tahsildar after 1-1-2008 will alone be accepted. In
addition to the income certificates, candidates have to submit
the salary certificate of their parents who are employed. Fee
shall be remitted in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of
“the Convener, LAWCET-2008 Admissions” payable at Hyderabad or
in cash at the Bank counters available in all venues. Fee shall
be paid in full at the time of counseling and no part payment
will be accepted. Candidates are informed that they should
satisfy the admission rules prescribed by the respective
universities besides Rules issued in G.O.No.64 Dt: - 26/05/06
and should be prepared to pay the Tuition Fees applicable.

The candidates
belonging to NCC/Sports & Games/PH/CAP categories of LL.B./B.L.
(3&5Years course) are informed to attend for verification and
counseling only at JNTU Campus, Kukatpally, Hyderabad at 9.00 AM
on 11-08-2008.
Note:
1) Open category and Caste reservations category as per G.O. Ms
No.550 allotment will be on the same day. The Caste reservation
category students can take admission under open category
followed by reservation category on the same day.
2) The Remaining/ unfilled seats will go to open category after
conversion of seats.
3) *All means OC/BC-A/BC-B/BC-C/BC-D/BC-E/SC/ST categories to
consider them for open category seats as well as category seats
under G.O.Ms.No.550.
4) This notification itself is a Call for Counseling. No
separate Call Letters are sent to the individual candidates.
Candidates may have to stay a day extra if necessary.
5) The selection and admission of candidates under BC-E category
is subject to the orders of Hon’ble High Court of A.P./ Supreme
Court of India.
6) The details of the seats available in various colleges will
be notified at the time of counseling an also on the websites
